1. Store Scope & Operations

G-Tech Solutions is a direct-to-consumer retail platform specializing in supermarket accessories, display fittings, POS hardware, and office/consumer electronics across Kenya. All listed products are sold directly by G-Tech Solutions (`[email protected]`).

2. Product Condition & Pricing

We sell products categorized under three distinct conditions:

  • Brand New: Factory-sealed and unused store inventory.
  • Second-Hand: Pre-owned equipment inspected for operational safety and functionality.
  • Refurbished: Restored and tested equipment returned to full operational standard.

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). While we strive for accuracy, G-Tech Solutions reserves the right to adjust pricing or correct errors prior to order confirmation.

3. Orders & Fulfillment

Orders placed through the web application or requested via WhatsApp (`+254 797 003848`) are subject to stock availability. Delivery schedules, inspection terms, and payment collection (cash on delivery or verified M-Pesa transfer) are agreed upon prior to dispatch or upon item collection.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact details, phone numbers, and physical shipping addresses for order delivery.
  • Inspect merchandise upon physical delivery or pickup prior to completing payment.
  • Notify G-Tech Solutions immediately regarding any defective or missing items upon receipt.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may request order cancellations prior to dispatch by contacting support via WhatsApp or email. Return or refund requests for damaged or non-conforming items are evaluated in accordance with our store inspection policy upon inspection.

6. Account Termination

G-Tech Solutions reserves the right to decline orders, suspend accounts, or cancel requests in cases of suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or incorrect order parameters.
